After using DiskMax, a cleaning program, my computer wont boot up. It gives an error message; system registry file is missing or corrupt. Status: 0xc000000f. What can I do?

Used the Complete Clean feature and with no warning , message, or approval it took off and now I can't get past the Advanced Boot screen. One person mentioned capturing C Drive by capturing D Drive but I really don't know how to do that. What can I do, or how do I do what is needed to get my computer back up and running? I am using Vista Pro on a Sony Viao. Thanks for any help you can give. I am now thinking that no cleaners out there are 100% safe! HELP!
