Can the Kace Agent be installed on a Raspberry Pi 3?
Can anyone confirm if its possible to install the Kace Agent on a Raspberry Pi 3, before I waste any time trying in vain?

No. The Agent is x86 only.
You can monitor the device using agentless.
This means, you will see anything like with the agent except no scripts or managed installations etc.

With the release of Kace SMA/K1000 9.0, it does support Raspbery Pi now
