Deploying a file to servers

I need to push out a file to all servers on my kace inventory. What is the best way to get this done? The file is a dll, not an installer. I want to do this as a once off.

 Is File Synchronization the best way?

  • yes, FileSync is built for this function!
    You can also do it by hand using a script, but the FileSync is the best tool for this job. - Nico_K 6 years ago

Use a script....,

upload the Dll file as a dependancy....

in the "tasks" choose...."on success" ....  "run a batch file" .......

use the "copy" command....e.g.

copy yourDLL.dll "C:\your path"
