Kace report for all queues?

Is there a way to use the report wizard and return tickets from all queues? It looks like when I go to the "Topic" drop down there are only individual queues. I am looking to hopefully not use SQL to achieve this.


We use different queues for each team and I'm looking to get all tickets from all queues that has a certain department in our custom department field. I am able to run the report on a specific queue, but not for all of the queues.

  • There doesn't seem to be an option within the Wizard, however if you go to your All Queues View, you should have a 'Create Report' option on the 'Choose Action' menu - Druis 6 years ago
