kscript and reg commands in batch file

I'm having issues with "reg add" commands (within dependency batch files) executing on Windows 7 and XP systems.

I'll add the batch file as a dependency file. The batch file will execute everything except the reg commands within the batch file. I'll go to the local kace dependency directory (on the local system) and I'm able to run batch file (downloaded from kace) flawlessly (when selecting to run the batch file as an administrator).

My question is: Why does the batch not run correctly when the offline kscript is running as the system account?

This is more of a work around, but could you export the key and do a reg import instead of reg add? A little clumsy, but I use this when I'm being lazy.
cmd /c reg.exe import file.reg

What does the script log on the machine you deployed it to say?
