How to remove all traces of Office Professional Plus 10?
How can I repair explorer.exe error: "server execution failed", then uninstall Office Professional Plus 10.
I accidently lost Outlook and couldn't repair or reinstall Office Professional without removing all traces of the existing program. I would like to upgrade the entire suite to version 13. I'm running windows 7 o/s.

The Explorer error could be caused by any one of a thousand different things. Use ProcMon to troubleshoot exactly what's happening. Look for 'ACCESS DENIED', 'NAME NIT FOUND' or 'PATH NOT FOUND' errors in PM's output window. First, though, be sure to exclude processes which aren't likely to be the cause, like your a/v.
Also, we'll presume you mean 'Office 2010' and 'Office 2013' rather than 'version 10' and 'version 13'.
And what do you mean by 'losing' Outlook?!?
Lastly, you don't say *why* you were unable to repair Office but I'll bet my last dollar it's because you don't have the media from which it was originally installed.

For uninstalling a corrupted Office install - believe it or not - I had luck using MS's removal tool via these Fix Its. Had to use it a handful of times when we migrated to 2013.
