Scheduled User Import not working

We are running the latest version, and manual import works just fine. But when I try to setup a scheduled import, it cuts off some of my search filter which causes an error. I edited some things out btw

Debug output:

  • OK Success (0) => ldap_connect(X.X.X.X, 143)
    OK Success (0) => ldap_set_option(LDAP_OPT_PROTOCOL_VERSION, 3)
    OK Success (0) => ldap_set_option(LDAP_OPT_REFERRALS, 0)
    OK Success (0) => ldap_bind(user, password)

  • Did you ever get this working? - Timi 11 years ago
    • Not yet. I haven't had much time to work on it. - dustda18 11 years ago
  • Did you contact tech support? Is this still around even in version 5.4.76847? Sounds like some kind of bug unless your filters are super long, then might just be a known limitation that they may or may not want to increase. - adamscottmartin 11 years ago
