Is this a client, sequencer or application error?

The error comes up when trying to install on client machine. What i did was to sequence Office 2003 and used the MSI utility to wrap the .sprj into an MSI. Error comes up towards the end of the msi installation.

The SoftGrid MSI utility is throwing that error during install? Hmm sounds like the MSI might be having issues setting up the shortcuts / file type associations on install. Can you get a verbose Windows Installer log of the installation?

Hi guys,

Solved the error i was having below
Error Adding action type open for progld Access.shortcut.function.1
Error code: 10F02304-0000130B

What i did during sequencing was to exclude launching the particular shortcut causing the problem during Monitoring. It worked fine after this.

Thanks for posting the follow-up - we can all learn from self-learned solutions as well.
