Shortcut - Working directory

I need the Working Directory to display to point to a directory with the current logged in username. Such as c:\notes\%username%

I install the package under my username and want the user who uses the program to have the shorcut point to their username. When I use the %username% in the working directory it points to the username it was installed under not the person who is currently logged in.

Is there anyway I can do this?

How is the users directory getting made originally? Does the app create the username folder or is it made by the msi?

I need a little bit more info I think, but if you need to have the folder created manually then create a Wisescript that creates the user folder on startup if it doesnt already exist. Get the script to create the users shortcut at the same time. Put the shortcut in the users folder and set the Start In to %0
