Specific comment information on ticket closed

Hi,

I would like to know how to send only the latest comment to the ticket creator.
I've tried: 
  • $HD_TICKET_CHANGE.COMMENT
  • $CHANGE_DESC
    and
  • $TICKET_HISTORY
Only ticket history works but I want only the latest information.
