Since I am novice Sys Admin has taken up the the carge to "make it simple" this means no more all custom work.  To help us steam line or make IT simple, we have goten the KACE system, we have new EQL storage. We are looking at getting a new Phone system.  We are getting a new image document system.  and they all need to be compltly up and runnning yesterday.  How do you mamge you time?  Do you work on one project until completation then start the next?  what are some tip and tricks that you are willing to share so I can manage all the projects and get them complete?
