Responsibilities:

• Package all the DLLs, INIs, executables on a thumbdrive. The user should be able to use thumbdrive to install the software. Originally s/w was designed for Altiris push to the agency’s desktops. But we have some external users who can’t connect to agency’s network; but want to use this software. S/W will contain around 2000 files including executables, INIs, DLLS etc.

• Build MSI packages using Visual Studio

• Provide documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.

• 7+ years experience analyzing, designing and developing software-based solutions meeting business needs

• Experience in Visual Studio Package & Deployment Wizard, Altris and PowerBuilder Packaging.

• Strong technical skills in administration of Windows 2000, 2003 and 2008;

• Development and administration experience in MS Access, Paradox, Lotus 1-2-3, Excel.

• Development skills in VB, VBA script, PowerBuilder.

• Experience in packaging the software in thumb drive for self-installation of s/w

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills.

• trong training and presentation skills in individual and group settings.
