Clean uninstallation is not happening

ElbyVCDshel.dll is not getting reomed from INSTALLDIR.there is no process and services are running. while trying to delete manually it is showing in used.

  • Have you tried restarting computer and then trying it again? Have you installed the software again and used Revo Uninstaller to uninstall the program? Just a few suggestions I have used before - curtisc 11 years ago
