REQUIRED SKILLS:

The candidate will be responsible for Implementation, administration, and maintenance for an Enterprise-wide Systems Management Server. Responsibilities include defining hardware standards, engineering and securing the standard desktop platform, architecture and design of a Software Distribution infrastructure, product and system lifecycle management and 3rd level operational support.

The candidate must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft SCCM and MSI packaging tools. Candidate must be able to deploy Applications, Patches and Software Updates to end users in a controlled corporate IT environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFCATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree and 4+ years experience • Administration of MS SCCM, SMS, Symantec Altiris & LANDesk Servers.

• Required 4 years of full-time experience in Operating system / Application deployment using MS SCCM, SMS, Symantec Altiris and/or LANDesk.

• Comprehensive knowledge of SCCM Report Management, set up and configure SCCM sites, Distribution Points create Packages, Programs and deploy SCCM agent to machines.

• Strong knowledge of Windows 2000, XP, Vista, & 7.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experienced developing application testing plans and supporting documentation.

• Capable of performing basic application interoperability and functionality testing.

PREFERRED QUALIFCATIONS:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory domain group policies.

• Experienced with Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS)

• Experience working with Microsoft Sequencer for App-V

• Proficient with VBScript & SQL queries (related to SCCM database).

• Some knowledge of Group Policies
