According to Microsoft - There's a faster, safer version of Internet Explorer for your PC than Internet Explorer 9 (IE9). So one must ask the question if IE9 is dead why would my corporate device be running IE8? The answer is usually proudly prefaced with - Oh to support legacy business applications! We all know it's just laziness since IE8 came preinstalled in Windows 7 in early 2009! Upgrade, Replace, or you'll be the victim with today’s threat landscape!
