Unable to Profile Google Chrome in XenApp 6.5 2008 R2

When profiling Google Chrome in Streaming Profiler version 6.5, the installer is not able to access certain registry keys and attempts to roll back, placing the Chrome application files for deletion on reboot. It was found that this behavior does not occur when using Streaming Profiler version 6.0.
