Add a disclaimer on Windows Workstations below the logon fields - Not as a message prompt before logging in

Good morning everybody! I am looking to add a disclaimer below the logon fields on our Windows workstations. I have found interactive logon GPO settings that will prompt with a message to press OK before logging in but I am looking for something a little less offensive, preferably a simple disclaimer directly below the logon fields below the domain or PC name. Has anyone had any success in doing this? Thanks in advance for your help!

My suggestion would be to put static text on an image and then make that image the default login/lock screen. I've never automated this, but it seems simple enough. I came up with these pages with a quick google (from the ever-helpful "How-To Geek"): Win7 and Win10

Create a start screen wallpaper with the text offset below the login/password.
