Advanced Search for Email Address
I would like to perform an advanced search in Kace for tickets submitted by a certain email domain. There is no option to search for Submitter Email Address. I can search for Submitter = *.domain.com (no results), Owner User Name = *.domain.com (no results), and Submitter User Name = *.domain.com (no results).
Is it not possible to search by email address / domain?

I wasn't able to do an advanced search, however, I could search for domain name in the basic search box (without the wildcards). - kenwhite 5 years ago

the percent sign (%) is the wildcard in SQL. But I would use the comparison "ends with" or "contains" and that should get you there.
