Advert Sequence
Do adverts get executed in alphabetical/numeral order when you have several adverts in 1 collection??
I am trying to rollout an app that has a total of 7 adverts in one collection, all are required to make the app work correctly, and need to be installed in the correct order or the app will fail.
I have tried linking the adverts using the "Run another app first" in the advanced but this failed in a couple of parts of the chain.
I have tried numbering the adverts 1,2,3,4,...... but SMS seems to ignore this and installs as it wishes.
This app is very large and needs to be installed in order for it to work correctly
I am using SMS 2003 and installsheild

Have you tried setting the priority(s) as well as creating the advertisments and packages in the order you want them to be processed.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,so that the conversation will remain readable.
