KACE Product Support Question
agent 9.1.204 not syncing.
i have a computer that the agnet will not show on my console.
I tried re-installing the agent, delete the amp.conf file. Still not connecting.
ran a amptools reset with the host. Says that its connected but doesn't sync... ports are open. ran the agent tool also.
ran the runkbot 4 0
not sure what else to try
