Agent not Checking in With KACE 11.0

We just upgraded our SMA to version 11.0, and updated all agents to 11.0.19. I am finding that with this new version of SMA, in order to install the agent on a new device, you have to use a token. I created a token in teh SMA and installed the agent with that token, but the device will not check in, as it is not finding the url of the sma. Has anyone else seen this issue?
