KACE Product Support Question
Agent not communicating with KACE, konea file log states "Waiting for module.conf to be created".

I just installed the Agent on a new device and it was not connecting to KACE. When I go to ProgramData --> Quest --> KACE, I open the konea file to see what is going on and I get "Waiting for module.conf to be created" on multiple lines.
Also, the amp config file only has 1 line stating the host, while in another computer which has the agent working, it has lots of information in that file besides the host.
