Systems Management

I have had many computers lose the information in their amp.conf file and then will not be able to inventory.  As soon as I overwrite the file, and the machine reboots, it works again.  I saw where Anti-virus software is claimed to be the culprit but we have excluded scanning the folder and it still happens.  I am using server version 7.2.101 and client version 7.2.10.  The file is located in C:\ProgramData\dell\KACE
