Any idea when or if drivers for the XPS 13 / Latitude 321x will make it to the Driver Feed?

I'm being tasked with building an image for these devices for my company and was curious how difficult it's going to be to track down drivers for this thing. Dell currently has only a couple dozen drivers out for it, and only for Win 7 x64, and no handy dandy cab files. The machines we ordered should be here in a few weeks, should I be expecting to have to try ripping the drivers out from the stock image they come with?

I would download all the drivers from the Dell Support Site. Extract the exe's with something like 7-zip and place them in the driver share. You should be go to go.

Comments:
  • yeah you can just put the drivers in the share yourself. If you have the machine with drivers already on it use the Driver harvesting tool to add the drivers to the kbox. Be sure to recache to the drivers and create a new boot environment once you do that. - ohiosoundguy 12 years ago

I don't see that Dell has these up for the feed yet, which is why we don't have them, but the previous answers will get you going.

Do we know if this is still in progress by Dell?
Still using Startech external USB as workaround and then download all drivers.
