Any tutorials on setting up active directory for small business about 50 computers?
I want to build a Server with server 2012 and setup active directory with 50 users.
Also to setup a Ghost image where I can image about 10 computers at once.

Get a book on Active Directory from Amazon and start with that. It's not a process that can be described in a couple of sentences.
As for Ghost, recommend you go over to www.symantec.com/connect and look at the Ghost Solution Suite forum which has plenty of articles about how to set up Ghost environments. Reading the Ghost documentation is also a good place to start. Do not confuse Norton Ghost with Symantec Ghost. The Norton product is based on partition magic and is not an industrial strength product. Likewise, the Ghost Solution Suite product is overdue for an update and you must remember to buy a license for each machine.
Or you could check out imagex.exe from the WInPE toolkit and do imaging for free.
