I was just curious about the last update being in 2010. Is that a concern or is it a good thing because the product is so solid, it doesn't need updates? :)

It was created as a free tool and is no longer under active development. As a free tool I don't think a lack of updates is unexpected as there clearly isn't a desire to keep adding features to be competitive with professional products.
