Application Tracker

Hi all,

I am looking for software / Webapplication / ... That can track applications what i mean is the following:
a kind of software that for example someone requests software i enter the software name and the flow starts:
First stop Intake, then packageing, ==> and ends with deployment. I know there are tools from dell or microsoft that can do this but they come in a suite

i am looking for a standalone application does anyone know if it exists if so where?

all the info is welcome,

Kind regards,

Michiel

I downloaded a trial of SparkleFlow a few years ago - it seems like they have a live demo on their website instead now.

From what I remember the tracker looked quite useful, but my company has a workflow tracker for other parts of the workflow, so I was just looking at the packaging responsibilities and not the full end to end process.
It's geared towards the packaging process, and can also link in to deployment tools.

There's a comparison sheet on the website that compares it to the Flexera workflow tool too.

I've also see TeamForge used in some companies, but it's a full ALM (application lifecycle managment) tool at enterprise level.

Hope that helps,

You're looking for workflow management, which can be costly unless you have a large, dedicated team of packagers. Flexera has a tool which can integrate with AdminStudio. Some will modify their internal helpdesk ticketing system to track requests, but it's not easy or quick.
