Archived tickets query
ive been trying to do some reporting on the archived tickets we have in the appliance.
we have about 500k archived tickets on around 40 queues.
do you know a way to query the count archived tickets per queue and group the by queue name?
something like: Service Request - Archive: 100 tickets
i know its a lot of tickets but this report will be able to provide a better overview of the queues with most archived tickets and plan accordingly based on the data.
we are currently on version 8.1.108 and planning upgrading to 9 and this data would help a lot
