Auto assign tickets
Good afternoon and hoping this finds you well.
ive been searching for an option within KACE to assign the incoming ticket to each of the members of a specific queue with no success.
the task is that whenever we receive a ticket on queue XXX to assign it to an agent, and if a second ticket comes in then assign it to the next agent and so forth.
we have some automatic rules based on words on the subject, but this wont help for this particular task.
Can this be done?
we are running KACE 1000 8.1
