Avoid the creation of user accounts for external users emailing and creating tickets.

We currently have two queues. One is for internal IT and another is for our permits department. The permits queue gets constant emails from external users. This is causing every user that emails them to be added to our users list. We currently have 200 employees and the user list is at over 600 and counting. Is there a way to avoid this?

No unfortunately the functionality is set so that when your queue is open, any user logging a call gets added to the user accounts.

The only way around this is to archive your tickets and clear out the user accounts once the tickets are archived.
