It there a a way in kace1000 to block a computer from showing back up?

uninstall the agent on the machine in question.
You can also do this via the appliance with a script which runs in the directory $(KACE_APP_DIR) the command amptools.exe -uninstall

or just disable the Quest agent in services. this way it prevent a reinstall of the agent.
