Can KACE do the same thing as Casper?
I understand that Casper is a Mac only product per-say? Can the KACE provide the same thing and better? This an inter departmental issue that we are trying to answer. Mac Vs PC or Trying to prove that one product can do both, preferably the KACE. Thanks!

Not being a MAC guy at all I can't say much about this issue, but this seems interesting and may provide some of the answers you are looking for.
I can say, we use casper and then switched to kace. Our mac guys were not really happy at first but got use to it. Is it apples to apples no. Casper is tailored strictly to the Mac OS with a ton of premade scripts and functions, where as Kace treats it as just another unix box. Overall, I say kace is a good product for mixed environments and helps brings mac admins and windows admins on the same page. The major reason we purchased kace was for the pcs but we have over 250 macs on it as well without a problem.
I found that most of the stuff kace stuff works fine for the mac os x as casper did. We didn't buy the k2000 so we still use casper for imaging. We also found the Casper composer tool very handy for packages that needed repackaging.
