Can kace install Browser Extensions?
I am trying to get browser extensions to install using kace. I was able
to get a GPO to install for Firefox and Edge. Just wondering if it is
possible to also do with kace and if so how?

The fact that you have successfully installed from a GPO shows that you have a command line that works. To create a managed installation for either you would need to know what software inventory item appears when you install, so you know where to attach the payload.
It may make more sense to run the command within a batch file attached to a script and add the file as a dependency
