Can KACE Process include tickets that aren't required to close in order to launch the next stage?
Is there currently a way to include a child ticket in an early stage in a KACE Process, but not require that ticket to be closed before the next stage launches? We need this flexibility for our on-boarding process - our Computer setup ticket needs to be created earlier in the process, but it takes a while to get those closed and we don't want to hold up creation of tickets in the next stage.

In short, no, processes are set so if in a series, each ticket will be created in turn and if in parallel all tickets at each stage need to be closed to proceed.
