Can restore only Service Desk (ticket) on KACE SMA ?

I can't find the ticket I'm looking for. Maybe it was because I accidentally deleted it.

Is there any way to restore only the ticket on service desk from backup?

You could spin up a temporal VM on the same version as your SMA
Pull > Restore some older backups, and search there.

Then export the ticket via CSV Export, and import it to your Production SMA.

Destroy the temp VM.

No not an individual ticket, you could restore from a backup but that will take you exactly back to the time of the backup so you will lose any tickets that you have logged since the backup, sorry.
