Can't find accost.exe

i have a problem i try to make a silent installation of Visual Studio 6.0.
I have read the HowTo http://www.appdeploy.com/packages/detail.asp?id=33
but the accost.exe does not exist on my CD.
Wehre can i get this exe.

I believe the *.exe comes in the enterprise edition of VS6. If you can't find a copy of the *.exe, drop me a line.
