Can we do application without shortcut in a normal installation or with App-V sequencing?
i tried to run a application before app-v but it doesnt have shortcut. can we do such application in app-v further???

Application should have a minimum of 1 Shortcut. If no shortcuts are present then the application should be sequenced in a Suite along with the application which needs it.

You can create a Dummy shortcut for this one, taking care of creating just a single feature block for it. When this dummy shortcut is launched it will stream the whole application, which may serve your purpose.

App-V requires an entry point to enter the bubble. If your application does not have a shortcut and you want to sequence it, then as suggested by akki, you have to create a dummy shortcut for your application.
