Can you override an approver in K1000?

Someone set up a ticket to require an approval, and that user keeps replying to the ticket stating that the request isn't needed anymore, but I cannot close the ticket because it's requiring an approval to close. I'm wondering if there is a setting to override this?

You could temporarily enable ticket deletion and delete the ticket.

Or you could make yourself an approver and approve/deny the ticket and then close it.
