Application Pcakaging: Click To Call 7.0.12
The source works fine on standard user on windows XP and Windows 7.
But while launching the shortcut in standard user, the application doesnt launch correctly, the icon from taskbar disappears automatically.
Tried giving permissions to directories, files but no luck.
The application creates certain files under appdata and it has one log file which states System.ServiceModel.AddressAccessDeniedException: HTTP could not register URL http://+:22222/REST/. Your process does not have access rights to this namespace, no idea what does it mean.
Kindly help...

Resolved the problem by registering the URL mentioned in the log file by writing custom action as follows:
Netsh.exe http add urlacl url=http://+:22222/REST user=everyone
The remediation is only applicable to Windows 7 and above as netsh.exe is not part of Windows XP(HTTPCFG can be used instead).
