Copying attachments and history when duplicating tickets
My Service Desk receives tickets with attachments. There are times when those attachments require another teams assistance on a task.
My team's process is to duplicate the original ticket to send it to the new queue responsible for part of the task, but the attachment from the original ticket does not copy over.
We would very much like to have the attachments and the history in the original ticket, copy to the duplicated ticket. Is there a way to accomplish this?
