Create AD user with information from Ticket

Hello,

i was wondering if there is a way to use the information of a ticket to create an ad user account with for example powershell or a other script (for automation purposes).

I haven't learned PowerShell (it's on my list), but if you can connect to the KACE database via MySQL in your script then yes you should be able to get the information from the ticket to create the account. The KBOX includes a reporting user that has read access to the database and you can use that user in other scripts and applications.

OK, so i could get the information via MySQL, but how could i use the results within a script?
I have no glue how to work with the results. It don´t has to be powershell. Any idea?

you can take help from powershell commands and take a visit to technet.microsoft.com as its a information rich source.. hopefull you will get answer what you are looking for.
