Is it possible to create different URLs to go directly to different request forms in the portal? We have forms for desktop support, ftp requests, file server requests, etc. If someone sends me an email asking about ftp, I'd like to send them a link that drops them directly in the ftp form instead of going through the tree.

I'm running version 6.4.120822 now, but will be upgrading to 7.0 soon. Thanks.
