Creating emails on ticket creation via ticket rules

I found the article below describing pretty much what I want but I am having a problem with the MySQL is has in the article.  When I copy/paste it, it comes back when I test it giving me "the check the manual of your version of MySQL for the proper syntax" error.  Since I am extrememly limited in MySQL, I am stumped.  At the bottom of the article, it says that this is for my version of the KBOX (v5.5.90545) but obviously it is not liking something...

I believe that I have edited the parts of the code that I need to have my specific info (such as email, etc) but no luck...

Can anyone assist me?  Some of my queue owners want emails when tickets go into the queues...
