Dell 3490 and 3591 issues when deploying software

So recently we went from deploy software on 3480s and 3581s which had no issues deploying software too. We recently order the newer Line of precision 3490s and 3591s.
Currently using:
  • KACE Systems Deployment Application
  • 22H2 win 11 Backwards Compatible KACE Boot Environment (since 23H2 and 24H2 are not supported yet)
  • Either a Dell Precision 3591 or 3490

Added the 3490 and 3591 To the driver feed and updated / Created new KBE to include new drivers.

Typical deployment is literally plug in the network cable and boot to IPV4 internal network card. However, it did not find the network card and started to do the HTTPs search for network. Typical dell stuff.

So tried to disable Safe boot, and it found the internal network card. After doing so booted into the KBE and tried to deploy images like normal. Started to get errors 4294967295 and 65533. Which points towards the drive not being the right size/configured correctly.

So back into the Bios and Changed it to AHCI, with safe boot off. Image now starts to load, getting all the way to leaving the SDA Breadcrumb File, and reboots to Set Engine Run Key, and then get a windows error "The Computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered and unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation."

So, I Think it has something to do with the way that the Raid Driver should be loaded for the hard drive in order to find the drive at the beginning of the install.  However, the latest Intel Rapid Storage Technolgy driver is 20.0.0.1037 which supposedly should work.
