Dell Updates on SMA 10.2

We are currently running Kace 1000 SMA 10.2, and I just noticed that the Dell Updates are not working at all. It is running an inventory every Monday night to look for missing drivers, and then each day, it is supposed to download all missing files. However, there are only 19 packages in the catalog, and they are all for servers, yet all of our dell machines are either desktops or laptops. We did not have this issue on old builds of K1000 SMA. I have forced the catalog to refresh and download, and this has not solved anything. Has anyone else ran into this?

I believe that you may have ran into a known issue, which will require you to open a support ticket to have a hotfix applied to your appliance if required.
