Software Deployment

I have setup software delivery under group policy, and have had a great deal of success deploying msi files of office, project, visio, and have applied service packs to administrative images, and redeployed these.

However some of the updates that are appearing now, are coming as exe files, for example for some of things that were deployed as msi.

What I want to do is package these exe (that can be installed in quiet mode, setup.exe /qa) as an msi file, so group policy can push it out.

What tools are there available to do this, as many seem to be able to copy the exe to the client, but none to copy the file there and then execute it.

One example of a file I would like to do this with, is service pack 8 for jet, this is an exe file that I would like to apply to a group of machines. but my only software delivery mechanism at the moment is group policy software delivery (whch only seems to support msi files)
