Devices not showing up in inventory after being approved in quarantine


We having an issue with approved devices showing up in the Inventory.

This used to work fine and the device would show up in Inventory roughly 20 minutes after being approved in the quarantine.

Any ideas on what might be causing this?

Log it with Support, if you are doing exactly the same as you have always done and now it has stopped working, log it.

Did you check to make sure you havent exceeded your license?
