Devices offline - Kace K1000

Hi All, 

After upgrade the K1000 Server and agents to version 8.0.318 a lot of devices are offline for long time.
Someone had this problem?

Comments

  • Any correlation with agent versions? Any agents below 7.0 will not be able to communicate with the server.
    • We have this problem with all versions. Support Quest is evaluating.
  • The new version 8.0 of the K1000 had problem. We reinstall the version 7.2 to resolve the problem.
