Disable new features first pop up, Picasa 3.9 ?

Any ways to disable the new features pop up that starts in the browser in Picasa 3.9 ?

The previously deployment tip regarding 

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Google\Picasa\Picasa2\Preferences]

"newfeatureslink"=dword:00000000

does not work.

I found the following worked for me

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Google\Picasa\Picasa2\Preferences]

"ShowFeaturesLink"=dword:00000027 (39)
