If SMal.tmcc switch dosent work, try installing the product and discover the package installer vendor - ie Nullsoft, Installshield, NSIS etc.
From there you should be able to work out what you need to do, hopefully its a major package installer as they normally have documented switches you can use. If its custom and made by the vendor, er, good luck!
